CASA DELS TOSSALS HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
This holiday home with private pool (10 x 5m) has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the green valley of Moraira from the conservatory and the terrace. The villa is well-furnished and has everything to enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Costa Blanca. Casa DelsTossals has a large garden and is surrounded by greenery on all sides, there is always a nice spot in the sun or in the shade to be found. This villa is recommended when you want to escape from all the daily worries and hustle and bustle, but still have nice beaches and facilities within a short distance.
LAYOUT OF CASA DELS TOSSALS
Through the back of the house you enter the open kitchen, which is equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. If you walk further, you'll come to the cosy living room with seating area, crockery cabinet, fireplace, TV with Dutch and international channels, DVD player and stereo system. Through the large sliding doors you walk out onto the large covered terrace with a large dining table and lounge set. There is also a door here, where you can go down the stairs to the lower terrace. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 (upstairs): two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, Bathroom 1: shower and toilet. Bathroom 2: shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 is accessed from outside and has two single beds, and a bathroom (3) with shower and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The total area of the house is 120 m2. There are mosquito nets.
OUTSIDE AT CASA DELS TOSSALS
The garden has different levels, on the first terrace at the level of the ground floor there is a large dining table. There is a gas BBQ here to cook delicious meals. A little lower down is the swimming pool with a terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. On the lowest level there is a seating area under a canopy, where you can sit comfortably in the shade during the hot summer months. You can park your car in the street next to the house or on the road.

In the period July to August we apply a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must be connected to previous/next bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

Security deposit
There is a security deposit for Casa dels Tossals of € 300.-.
This security deposit must be paid on site upon arrival and will be refunded to you on the day of departure (if no damage has been found).
